Coronavirus – our latest update

I would like to thank you for your continued support and assure you that our teams are working hard to keep customers all over the country operating and productive.

It continues to be our focus to support our customers and to do so in a safe and appropriate manner. Adherence to the Government’s guidance on working from home wherever possible and also the understandable need to structure teams and resources in line with demand means that we have in place a plan that is currently well matched to the levels of activity from our customers.

Following the announcement that restrictions on movement will remain in place for at least another 3 weeks, I want to assure you that as we play our part in assisting key sectors and industries as part of the national effort, we are here to offer support to all our customers in the usual way.

Access to our nationwide engineering support, whether by calling our service line on 03301 23 98 23, using our fleet management portal (if you’re a registered user) or by requesting an engineer via the form on our website, will all deliver the levels of response and expertise that you rely on in more normal, usual times of working.

Until such time as we return to those normal, usual ways of working, we remain committed to keeping your business moving and if you need us, we’re on standby to respond.
