We’re thrilled to share that Briggs Equipment has been recognised for our outstanding achievements in Customer Experience at the Customer Gauge Annual AX Awards.
The event brought together industry leaders to celebrate excellence in customer experience and innovation. It was an opportunity to gain insights from other customer experience champions and to celebrate the remarkable progress happening across our industry.
We’re especially proud to announce that Briggs Equipment was named the winner of the Dan Lang Culture Champion Memorial Award.
The Dan Lang Culture Champion Memorial Award
This year, Customer Gauge renamed their Culture Champion Award in honour of Dan Lang from Sutherland, who sadly passed away in 2024. Dan was a passionate advocate for building customer-centric cultures and for tackling what he called “watermelon feedback” – results that appear ‘green’ on the surface but hide deeper ‘red’ issues beneath the surface.
Our very own Gemma Beddow and the Customer Experience Team were recognised for their exceptional approach to culture creation.
