Flexible Repairs and Maintenance Plans For Industrial Equipment

Pay as you go or all-in maintenance, there's a plan to suit your budget

Keep your operations running smoothly with our repair and maintenance services. We offer flexible plans to suit every budget, from one-off repairs on a pay as you go basis to 12 month payment plans and 3 month review schedules. Unplanned breakdowns can halt productivity and drive up costs, but with a Briggs repairs and maintenance plan, you’ll benefit from a nationwide team of skilled engineers and rapid responses, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

With this pay as you go contract, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for us to service your fleet. We will provide expert advice and agree a preventative maintenance schedule for each item of equipment, then proactively plan these services throughout the year to ensure your fleet keeps moving. The added benefit of the agreement is that you can review at any time with no extra costs.

To help remove the fluctuation in your invoicing, this contract offers you a payment plan spread over a 12 month period. Take the total cost of your preventative maintenance as agreed with our Sales Executive then split this into 12 monthly payments for a simple solution.

Transfer the responsibility to Briggs with fixed price maintenance. With All in Maintenance (AIM) we take full responsibility for scheduling and planning your servicing and repairs for each piece of equipment at a set monthly rate. This ensures that all legal obligations are adhered to and equipment is operating safely for maximum productivity.

There is no contract, just straightforward support. If you need assistance from time to time with a part or service repair that is too big to handle in-house, then Briggs can help.

We manage our service and commercial operations from our depots in Blaris Industrial Estate, Lisburn, and Ballymount Industrial Estate, Dublin. With helpful, knowledgeable people, we give you outstanding levels of customer service.

national service coverage

An enhanced engineering solution

With one of the Ireland’s largest mobile engineering workforces, we have the resource to meet your servicing needs, whatever your size of fleet or application.

What Equipment Can Briggs Service?

From forklifts to plant machinery, we've got you covered

We service everything from materials handling equipment and mobile elevating work platforms to industrial floor cleaning machines and a wide range of specialist vehicles. Briggs Equipment engineers have the expertise and experience to provide a complete engineering solution.

We can service all types of forklift including counterbalance forklifts, sideloaders, VNA forklifts, multidirectional forklifts and trucks designed for rough terrain.

Boom liftsscissor lifts, compact crawlers, vertical mast lifts and low-level access platforms. Whatever form of MEWP your business uses, we can support with repairs and maintenance services.

We understand that warehouses rely on other forms of specialist warehouse equipment as much as they do forklifts and access equipment, that’s why we also have the ability to service doc levellers, lifting tables, and loading ramps.

Keeping your premises clean plays an important part in keeping your machinery in good condition. Sweepers and scrubber-dryers remove dirt and debris, which could damage or clog other machinery. With the sweepers and scrubber-dryers gathering the dirt, it means these machines need to be maintained regularly. Briggs Equipment Ireland technicians have the know-how to service industrial floor cleaning machines such as sweepers, scrubber-dryers and outdoor cleaning machines.

Vehicle mounted forklifts and truck mounted boom lifts.

Through Briggs Equipment Ireland’s expert technicians or our Asset Maintenance Services (AMS) team, we can service and repair mini diggers, trailers, compressors, pumps, jetters, skid steers, telehandlers, excavators, loading shovels, and on-board power units.

We service a diverse range of specialist vehicles, including electric vehicles, steps and cages, golf buggies, multi mowers, tow tugs, tow tractors, cable reel trailers, generators, and welfare units.

One-off Fixes and Breakdown Solutions

Emergency breakdown support even without a repairs and maintenance plan

Need breakdown support but don’t have a Truck Care plan? No problem. Although we do offer Truck Care and flexible plans for your peace of mind, you don’t have to be a member to receive support from us. If you find yourself in difficulty with a forklift breakdown or your access equipment fails to start, contact us and we’ll send one of our engineers out to get it working again.
