The Briggs Customer Experience team recently attended Monetize! 2022 in Amsterdam to demonstrate our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.

Congratulations to Briggs Apprentices, Connor Campbell and Martin Delaney who have won coveted ‘Stars of the Future’ awards.
In the Plant Technician (Level 3) category, Martin won the Apprentice of the Year – Scotland prize, whilst Connor picked up an achievement award.

Briggs Equipment’s Customer Experience Team have picked up the coveted ‘Close the Loop’ and ‘Best in Class’ awards at the recent Account Experience Awards hosted by Customer Gauge.

Two Briggs Equipment Apprentice Engineers, Connor Campbell and Martin Delaney have been nominated for a Construction Plant-Hire Association (CPA) Stars of the Future award.
